Terms & Conditions
The terms governing use of this website and COREX products and services.
These terms govern your use of the COREX website and the E-Warranty system. By using this site you accept them. The warranty itself has its own separate terms — see E-Warranty Terms.
1. Who we are
Abrasive Solution Enterprises, trading as COREX, of [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Email contact@corexauto.in. Phone +91 96629 94309.
2. About this website
This site presents the COREX range of professional nano coatings and allows warranty holders to verify their cover. It is an information and enquiry site: products are not sold directly through it, and no prices are published here.
COREX products are professional-grade and are supplied to trained installers. We do not sell to the general public for self-application, and a COREX E-Warranty is issued only against a professional application.
3. Product information and claims
We take care to describe our products accurately. Specifications, hardness ratings, performance characteristics and packaging may change as products are improved, and the information on this site may not always reflect the very latest revision.
Hardness ratings (10H, 10H+) are as stated in COREX product documentation and follow the pencil-hardness convention used across the coatings industry. They describe resistance to scratching and marring. They are not a guarantee against stone chips, impact damage, deliberate damage or accident damage, and no coating from any manufacturer provides that.
Photographs on this site are illustrative. Real-world gloss, water behaviour and durability depend heavily on the condition of the paint before application, the quality of the preparation, and how the vehicle is maintained afterwards.
4. Warranty verification
The warranty lookup is provided so that customers and prospective buyers of a coated vehicle can confirm that a warranty is genuine and current. You may use it for that purpose only.
You must not:
- Attempt to guess, enumerate or scrape Warranty ID numbers
- Use automated tools against the lookup
- Attempt to defeat the masking that protects certificate holders' personal details
- Use the service in any way that interferes with its operation for others
We rate-limit lookups and log abuse. We may block access where these terms are broken.
5. Dealer and distributor enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a dealership, distributorship, agency or partnership, and does not oblige us to appoint you. Any appointment is subject to a separate written agreement.
Please give accurate information in your enquiry, and do not submit anyone else's details without their permission.
6. Intellectual property
The COREX name, the CX mark, the logo, product names, packaging design, photography, website design and text on this site are our property or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
Authorised installers and dealers may use COREX branding only as permitted by their agreement with us.
7. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
8. Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party site — a map provider, a social media profile — we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are not affected.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss arising from your reliance on general product information on this website rather than on the specific advice of your installer.
Claims relating to a coating are governed by the E-Warranty Terms, not by this document.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the version that applies. The last update date is shown at the foot of this page.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [CITY, STATE] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
